Short biography:

Abe Toshiyuki was born in 1959 in Japan.

Studied Art-education at the National University of Japan. 2010 Grand-prix award at the 13th Naito Syuin Watercolor Competition.

2011 Ueno Royal Museum Prize at the 99th Japan Watercolor Exhibition.

2012 Interview in the art magazine “The Art of Watercolour no.8”, France.

2013 The Cover of the art magazine “Pratique des Arts no.110”, France.

2014 The World Watermedia Exposition Thailand.

2015 The 4th Biennial of Saint-Cyr-Sur-Mer, France.
